OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. THIS CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AND IS SUBJECT TO AND GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. How to Enter. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON; Additional entries will be disqualified. Your entry should consist of a video showing you and your friends enjoying Lemon Lime from The Switch. Go to www.switchbev.com and click on iPhone "enter" link to enter. You must supply all requested information with your entry and must upload your video entry to the upload site. All speech must be in English and entries must not contain copyrighted materials (songs, writings unless your original creations) or identifiable trademarked materials (other products) other than The Switch Lemon Lime. Your video must have a total playing time of not more than two (2) minutes in length. Entries will be disqualified if they contain material or images that Sponsor deems inappropriate for public viewing.

To obtain a can of Lemon Lime from The Switch for use in your video without purchase, please send a 3 X 5 card or letter with your name and complete address (no post office boxes) to: The Switch Lemon Lime Love Contest, 381 Post Road, Darien, CT 06820. A can will be sent to you. All requests must be received by Dec 31, 2009.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage due mail. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable computer network server or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic.

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED DURING THE CONTEST TERM WHICH STARTS AT 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time on 10.9.09 and ends at 11:59:59 Eastern Time on 1.31.10.

2. Who Can Enter. You must be a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, at least 13 years old to enter. Entrants may not be employees of Sponsor or of its parent, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, partners, advertising or promotion agencies, nor may they be members of the immediate families of any of them, or persons living in their households.

3. Judging. Entries will be reviewed and judged under the supervision of Maura Mottolese, President of The Switch, and the judges will determine, in their subjective opinion, several videos ("Selected Videos") from which the winner will be chosen by the judges.

Entrants submitting the Selected Videos will be contacted on or about 2.15.10 and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and prize and publicity release and will be required to submit releases signed by all other persons appearing in the video (must be signed by parent or guardian if person appearing is a minor). All such documents must be returned to Sponsor within 60 days. If the entrant who submitted the entry chosen as the winner fails to return required documents within that time period, the prize will be forfeited and another entry selected as the winner.

4. Prize:
The winner will receive a $200 Apple Store gift certificate good toward the purchase of an iPhone® or any other qualified item sold in Apple Stores. No cash substitutions will be permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for operation, maintenance or repair of the prize. Prize does not include AT&T or any other wireless network connection or service, which will be the winner’s responsibility. Winner is responsible for all expenses involved in entering this Contest and in using the prize and all taxes arising out of receipt of the prize.

5. General.

(a) All entries and components thereof will become the property of Sponsor and none will be returned.

(b) By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final.

(c) Entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use (in part or in whole, edited as determined by Sponsor) (i) the name, likeness, voice, performance and biographical data of each person appearing in the video, in perpetuity, for purposes of advertising, promoting and publicity without additional consideration, where permitted by law, in any or all media chosen by Sponsor. Entrants warrant that all releases submitted were signed by the persons appearing in the entrant’s video and their parents or guardians if minors. Entrants agree to indemnify Sponsor and its advertising and promotion agencies, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, licensees, agents, attorneys and assigns, officers, directors, members and employees of the foregoing (collectively "Indemnitees"), from and against any claim, liability or damages of any kind or nature, based, in whole or in part, on Sponsor’s use of the entry as set forth herein.

(d) For the name of the winner, send a stamped, self addressed envelope to Lemon Lime Love winner, The Switch, 381 Post Road, Darien, CT 06820 by 2.15.11.
